Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped the same business week unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on Friday or over a weekend will not ship until the following week. Orders for custom pieces will be shipped when finished.

Canada Shipping We ship to Canada via USPS and DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after your order ships. Please note that Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, and taxes assessed upon delivery. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier. If you haven't received a tracking email within your expected processing window, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays During peak shopping seasons (including the holiday season from November through January) and around major holidays, processing times may be extended beyond our standard timeframe. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your handcrafted piece to you as quickly as possible.
