Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and beaded hatbands, all sales are final. Each piece is made with care and attention to detail, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

Product Care

Silver naturally tarnishes over time, and regular care and cleaning are required to maintain its shine. Wear and tear is expected with everyday use. While all Slide Mountain Supply pieces are crafted with high-quality materials, they can be damaged through improper use or storage. Customers are responsible for the ongoing care of their purchases.

Damages & Defective Items

We want you to love your piece. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that work will begin promptly upon purchase and that no cancellations or refunds will be issued after that point. Please reach out before placing your order if you have any questions about the design or process.
